About Me

Mr. Makhanu is the Lead Counsel of TM Advocates. He was admitted to the bar in 2013. He is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, with extensive experience in Constitutional, Commercial, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering law, Intellectual Property Law and Employment law litigation. He has represented government agencies, corporations, and private entities in complex disputes before the Court of appeal, the High Court, the Employment and Labour Relations Court, Arbitration Tribunals, and the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board (PPARB). His strategic litigation approach and deep understanding of public law and commercial law have resulted in numerous successful outcomes in matters of national significance.
