Letaya is a Litigation Advocate specializing in dispute resolution in various areas of law, including commercial litigation, civil litigation, arbitration, employment, Environmental disputes, family law, Constitutional law and land matters. His expertise extends to domains such as intellectual property, trade, technology, and the innovative landscape of artificial intelligence. He also majors in research on various topics of law and is a consultant on legal research. Currently, he is undertaking research on the jurisdictional challenges of domestic courts in adjudicating extraterritorial internet disputes among others.
