In 2022, we represented more than Fifty (50) Nominees of the President of the Republic of Kenya to the office of the Principal Secretaries in Law Society of Kenya & 2 others v Attorney General and 2 others; Korir & 50 others (Interested Parties) whose nomination had been challenged by the Petitioner on Constitutional grounds. The Employment Court agreed with our argument, upheld their nomination leading to their swearing into office
