We appeared for Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) in a High Court Case, where KEMSA had been sued for Breach of Contract, whose subject matter was over Kes.400,000,000/=. We successfully, obtained judgement in favour of KEMSA ordering the Parties to explore Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as per the Contract. Consequently, the Plaintiff (Universal Corporation Limited) was compelled to perform its part of the contract before demanding its payment in consideration thereof.
